For more than a combined sixty years, Thomas D. Harrington and Daniel H. Weeks have been creating successful places to live, learn, work, and play. We bring our extensive land planning experience to every new opportunity, to continue a life-long passion for creating distinctive and inspiring environments for our clients and ultimately for the end-user. Our proven process; translating a client’s vision into a development strategy, providing a framework in which alternatives are evaluated and carefully studied, capacity is determined, feasibility is tested and a course is set. Mr. Harrington, an experienced licensed landscape architect, has practiced private development planning for many years, with an emphasis on international hotel and resort projects. As well, he has remained current on urban design, mixed-use development, and large scale master planning design trends and perspectives. He maintains involvement from the initial project design inception all the way through to final construction implementation and completion. By preserving that cohesive attention throughout the development process, the original design intent is sustained for the benefit of the client and the project.

Mr. Weeks has over thirty years of project experience focused in Eastern North Carolina. Projects range from large scale residential communities to mixed use developments. Dedicated to providing design and planning solutions that are attentive to the environment while ensuring the clients economic goals and program requirements are achieved specific to each site. The wide array of development experience and diversity provides the assurance to critical processes and development criteria necessary to the success and unique opportunities obtainable for each project.
