H+W Design seeks to provide the necessary services to successfully accomplish opportunities and strategies for the project, through careful study, creative design, and experienced client services. Our baseline services include a team oriented approach where land planning, landscape architecture and site planning will work together on all phases and facets of the project, to create the highest and best use solutions.

 

Current trends are leaning away from segregated parcels and towards integrating the uses, managing the building form, less rigidity in the process and more creativity in the design. Walkability and connectivity is encouraged.  The more flexible the plan, the easier it is to meet the changing market demands. A mixed-use based project creates a local sense of place.
